Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Event and Trip Bookings
- Deposits paid for events or trips may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Refund requests must be submitted before the scheduled event date.
- Refund approval depends on the preparation stage and expenses already incurred.
2. Customized Uniforms and Products
Customized or personalized items including senior uniforms are non-refundable and non-returnable except in cases of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong item delivered
- Incorrect customization caused by MGA Events
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds may take 7–14 business days to process depending on the payment method.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges may be accepted for sizing issues only if:
- The item is unused
- The request is submitted within 3 days of receiving the product
- Stock availability allows replacement
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Customer-provided incorrect information
- Failure to attend events or trips
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
